How much is your postage and packaging?
For deliveries to Mainland UK and Southern Scotland you will be charged £5.50 standard delivery. Please allow 5-7 working days. For next day delivery ( Items in stock ) Monday - Thursday £8.00.
Can i order from overseas?

Do i have to sign for my order on delivery?
Yes, All parcels will require a signature so please ensure someone is available to take the delivery or you can have your parcel sent to an alternative address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. No parcel will be left without a signature or special instructions.
How do i find out more information about particular products?

When is your store open?
Our opening hours in store are Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday closed.
What do i do if i wish to return an item?
A returns form is enclosed with your order. Just complete this and return the item back to us. We will deal with the return or exchange within 5-7 days of its return.
Should you want an exchange we charge a postage fee of £3.50 to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. All other areas may incur extra postage.
