Description
The JHL Pro Steel Large Ring Thick Race Snaffle Bit is made slightly bigger overall than many existing pieces, adding comfort and control that make this piece well suited to the racing environment. This particular bit, as the name would suggest, is made with larger bit rings, placed at either end of the mouthpiece. These larger pieces gives the Large Ring Thick Race Snaffle Bit more range in the amount of and level of commands that can be sent to your horse via the reins. These larger rings can reduce the severity of any pressure, while allowing for greater guidance. As well as this, the Large Ring Thick Race Snaffle Bit is made with a wider mouthpiece than is usual, with thicker rounded sections at one end that become thinner as the mouthpiece reaches its centre. This thicker piece can help to apply pressure across a wider area within your horses mouth, resulting in a gentler experience.
Please note: All horses mouths and tongues vary in size and shape, the bit must be the correct size and type for your horse.
